My Mind and Yours

My mind’s too full of information –

If mine then yours.

It is the times. We are the same:

This mind too full to be constructive.

Confused and busy

Changing channels, reading ads,

Intertwining goods and bads,

Breeching falls, bemused by all.

It’s time to simplify,

Reduce the pull of information

And the pool of information,

Letting go the by-the-by

Of that and this, those and these

To please the mind

So that my mind and yours find peace.
